That selection was one of my father's favorite songs. I enjoy oldies much more than newer version or remix songs. I am like an older person inside of a younger body.

My dad had a friend in Guyana called Victor Gangadin who was a good accordion player, always had it in his car trunk. He had a sidekick Sonny Deen who accompanied him on drums.

I remember Victor Gangadin, a brilliant accountant who rented office space at the Empire Cinema on Middle Street, GT. He loved boozing and died young, at 47 years old if I remember well.

yes he was Comissoner before he went private. I have a photo of him in front of the Taj Mahal, will post it when I find it. He spent 2 years in the British army.
