The man was a great fighter but bled too much.
Correct TI, I remember following this guy way back when my Uncle would receive his copy his English paper, could have been The Mail or The Mirror,can't remember, I do remember it having a yellow cover.

Sunil, I remember that there was a pic of Ali visiting the WI cricket team at indoor nets during the time he was in England for the second fight in '66.
I remember seeing that photo in the local gy paper at the time. Don't know if you can come up with it.

The Prince was a real showman he should have been a pro-wrestler. The only problem I had with him as a boxer was his style. I felt that he left himself too open.Add Reply
