Granger’s biggest mistake was leaving Moses who cannot control the AFC/PNC mice. He should have left Greenidge in charge.

What does one have to do with the other?  What does the constitution say?  What if Granger had left a "Black" in charge over the [coolie] PM, then all alyuh coolie crabs would be shouting, racism...we tell ayuh suh!

What a dumb ass!!

Guyana constitution is explicitly clear ...

-- absence of the President, Prime Minister becomes the Acting President.

The last time around, Greenidge was acting President.

This is correct.  But this time Parliament is in session, so Naga it is.  The Acting President does not have voting rights in Parliament.  Greenidge can vote because he is not Acting President.
