I hope so too Chami. The police weren't treating this case as an abduction and I hope they are correct. That is why I brought it to GNI just in case some lil girl shows up to 'stay with a friend for a few days'. That is why I believe that parents have to know how to be parents. Being too strict and fretful with your kids could make you lose them. I prefer to have a lil own-way kid than to not have that kid at all. Especially if my stubborn-ness can cause that kid to be in danger. I hope she makes it home safe. I would die in a similar circumstance.

Now is the time for encouraging words for the parents and other family members. I trust that this young lady feels the love and concern everyone is pouring out to her. I hope so too Mira. I don't personally know these people but my sister does. Without knowing the background, I can guess from her name that her parents were proud of her when she was born. Only a year earlier, the most beloved woman in the world of the same name had died and we saw the outpouring of love and grief over that tragedy. I pray that she is found soon safe and sound. And I pray that she have a long, fruitful and happy life.

I know they were trying to get tv coverage for this but it has to start with the police. Facebook is a good tool also so if any of you can share her photo on your Facebook, I am sure that her loved one would dearly appreciate it. It is now a whole week since she went missing. I hope it is not much longer.

Most of the time, because of her age, police will treat her as a runway unless foul play is detected.

I hope they find her soon.

Update. Diana was found near Niagara Falls today. She is safe and in police custody awaiting her parents' arrival. They must be there already since they live only 1 1/2 hour away. I don't have the details but it is still the best news of the day for us. Thanks to all who prayed or helped in any way.

Now the po girl has to move back to that rotten Jane and Finch area where there's always a shooting. Maybe that's a reason she ran away.
