Police have charged a man with impaired driving, after he was pulled over early Tuesday morning in Mount Pearl with only three wheels on his vehicle.

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary was called about a vehicle driving with "sparks flying everywhere" around 5 a.m.
Officers stopped the vehicle on Kenmount Road, near Bruce Street.
The 36-year-old man, Devindran Pooran, blasting some sort of chutney music, was taken into custody for a breathalyzer test on suspected impaired driving.
The RNC confirmed Wednesday that the man, who hails originally from Guyana, South America & currently lives in the Guyanese community near Jane & Finch in Toronto, has been charged.
He had been held in custody for a Tuesday afternoon court appearance.
No one was injured in the incident.
