I tried to create a password for a website on the computer for my mother but the computer does not recognize it although it is correctly formatted. It is saying at least six character one special character one capital letter and a number. Is it possible that what I enter on the computer the computer interprets as a lie? Maybe somewhere on the computer the encoding or decoding of my entry is incorrect due to hacking? I am thinking that my misunderstanding will control the understanding or the truth and they don't want that. What is the impropriety and where on the computer could it be occurring?

Yall ever had a blow up doll lie to yall? That's when you know tings real bad.
Ronald you might have typed something incorrect or it might have been done in caps, in error. This can happen to the best computer expert like myself for instance.
I think the IT department did something deliberate. Maybe they are encoding in another language other than english. Maybe they are trying to put 2 data at the same address at once.
