Now if you don't believe that the PNC is not indirectly responsible for this behavior then you are giving them a free pass. Your claim that this sort of behavior was going on all along and not reported is hogwash. You have no evidence of this. What is evident is that the citizens know that the pnc police will not investigate matters so they will push the envelope to see what they can get away with.

I am not blaming the black man.  Specifically the pNC.  Because pnc police neglect their duties to investigate domestic matters and other abuses, people think they can get away with anything over the past 2 1/2 years.
