soap making is simple and you cannot get any patent to prohibit making soap. One can bet a process license that prohibits others from copying the process and recreating their production. This oik would make a mild soap for babies ant the face but the marketability would be in the scent added to it. This oil has a musky scent that can be a turn off to some people.

I do not like the graphic of the soap. The idea of "secret" make it appear as snake oil vending. It should be Waini rainforest essence or something of the sort with no lines on the package just flowing texture to insinuate its scent, coco in this instance but there is no reason it cannot be pear, lavender, tangerine etc and so increasing its marketability. It is a green product so it cannot be branded as dove and ivory etc with only one scent.
