roti has come a long way!

on a different topic....stll about food though......I am looking for an electric coconut grater (not a food processor......don't like the consistency of the grated coconut to make salara).

believe it or not.....I still use the Guyana one which you sit on and grate. but it is very hard on my back! need something easier.

Go to the grocery sotre and look in the baking section and you will find grated coconut there all yo gat to do is cut the package open an voila
