Do Reality TV Show Winners Win Because They Work For The Same Channel?

We've all noticed, talked about it but never accept it. Many a times we see reality show winners winning while they're working for the most popular show of the same channel that broadcasts it.

Does that ring a bell?

While unarguably some of them are really good, there are times when a better couple doesn't win because the winning couple has more popularity on a certain said channel!
