not necessary. It can be seems as two sets of positives. You got a new or better job because you had a good mentor at your current job. Coaching and development prepared you for your future job. And now you have a better job.

As long you didnt burn any bridges and you leave on respectful terms then it should be a good experience.

just do what one on my coworker did years ago .... just pick up himself middle of the day ....left his computer on... and never show up again for work. And this is a guy that never had an issue with anyone, actually most folks love his work attitude. The next thing we know, he is working for a different company down the block.

That's the way to do it. Work is slavery, you do not owe your employer any loyalty. When he is ready to fire you, he is going to kick your ass out anyway.

Mira, does look like Anta knows what he is doing for sure.

i just took a risk at being supervisor for my floor and thinking what the hell did i get myself into to Roll Eyes
