Resolving puzzles in school was fun that some of us might still remember.

In Vancouver an old canon is fired everyday. Some feel it is to signal the start of the first shift at the sugar refining plant at 6:30 am and others say 2:30 pm for the late shift. What time do they fire the nine o'clock gun ?
