Sachin, is this your original picture? I see it's posted on the PPP propaganda site along with a fabricated story.

One of the problems with posting a photo on any site, it becomes free for all for anyone to use, but the RIGHT for the photo always remain with the photographer, unless a fee is collected for its one time use or total ownership.
Another problem,if someone is using your photo for profit, you need to have the resources to fight for that RIGHT in a court of law, if they will not settle otherwise.
Guyana is a bad place to copy other people's work, take a walk in any market and see the pirated DVDs.

Sunil, in 1997 I baught a Sony TRV11 camcorder for $1100. and shot dozens of 8mm video. When I went DV, I hibernate the camera to be used as a playback unit for the 8 mil tapes.
Recently, I baught another used TRV11,in better shape than my old one, in its original box with charger, battery, remote and video cord.
I paid $15.00.

The technology is changing so fast that I rarely buy new stuff anymore. I can pick up a 2-3 year old model for 20% of the original price or brand new last year model for 1/2 price. In most cases the new models are only minor upgrades over the older models.

I noticed that here too. It seems as if the technology is saturated for new cameras, but the price keeps going up.
A few months after we got the Canon XHA1s, the models XF300/500 became available. The major difference is, replacing the DV tapes [of the XHA1s] with CF memory cards for the XF300/500. Canon sales was talking us into getting the new camera, but DV tapes were still available and the XHA1s was still okay for our use.
One advantage for getting the XF300/500, the CF cards will be the same for our Nikon cameras and we dont have to carry bulky DV tapes overseas.
