Yes it does. Carol Joseph has replaced Mingo as Chief Rigger Extraordinaire for the PNC. Stay far from her she like beat Putagee man bad.  She throw some good hand on Yearwood from ANUG party when PNC was trying to pull off the rig in March.

APNU+AFC Agent Carol Joseph this morning disrupted the vote recount process of Region Four (Demerara Mahaica).

Joseph began behaving in a vociferous manner, yelling at other stakeholders present at one of the work stations.

She is heard telling another stakeholder: “who the hell is you? He has to listen to me. I am a stakeholder here!”

Presidential Candidate of the Liberty and Justice Party (LJP) Lenox Shuman, during an interview with media operatives, expressed concerns about an apparent attempt by the APNU+AFC coalition to derail the process .

“When we were at Ashmin’s building, there was a person who threatened (violence against other observers) …the lady and (other agents) all tried to disrupt the Region Four count at the very same time…So that could not just be something by chance…It is obviously an attempt to derail the count at this time.”

Joseph was already embroiled in controversy during the vote tabulation for Region Four when she allegedly provoked Executive member of A New and United Guyana (ANUG), Jonathan Yearwood.

On the day in question, Joseph had spent the afternoon haranguing and harassing other representatives from other political parties- including some GECOM staff.

Too many fraud uncovering in the recount, seems there were no honest people managing the elections. Region 3 is a hot bed for fraud.

What's Democratic about stealing elections ?

Hopefully, the election result is conducted by strict management/direction of GECOM plus carefully observed by the respective party representatives and designated observers.

Let the chips fall as the process continues; and hopefully all will be open, clear and transparent.

Should the process continue with openness, one must accept the results when officially provided through the Chairman of GECOM.

And where is this fraud Django. Your comments is exactly the same to a bunch of PNC  cabals on social media who wants to derail the recount. So far the recount is matching the declare SOPs by PPPC and APNU/AFC refused to declare theirs. 

The mischievous PNC is implying mercury / Russians were inside the containers ... lol. 

1) GECOM's PR Officer has indicated that at no time today was the issue of the 'secret meeting' raised at the level of the Commission, when it met. I keep urging everyone to get their information directly from GECOM.

This is what crooks  like Sherod Duncan is peddling on social medial. Let the process works it way and if anyone is guilty of fraud they should be jail when all this is done.

PNC in March.

"We have convincingly won the Elections. The elections were fair and credible. Our statement of polls (which we refuse to release) shows this ...and a recount will also show this....this is why we encourage a recount ....but it's the PPP/C who is FRUSTRATING the process...."

PNC in May.

"The election was rigged! The PPP/C rigged the elections. We can prove this....here's a list of dead people and here's a list of people that migrated. Objection! Stall the count, PPP rigged the election.”

Go and check the website spreadsheet gone with wrong entry to show PPP/C have more votes.. I have downloaded all data from the site.

All party agents present in the workstation received a copy of these four

Glad they are feeding you but are you doing your job?  Look at the Ballot Box Checklist just above.  It shows that for Box 4041 APNU got 53 votes in the General but zero in the Regional while ANUG got zero in the General and 53 in the Regional.  Doesn't this strike you as being odd?

You are peddling mischievous information banna and you should desist from this. A tabulation sheet or spreedsheet is an excel doc created by the parties to input numbers from the SOPs and mistakes can be made. GECOM is the sole entity to declare the final tabulation using their own data. Look at the SOP on the same PPPC website which is the original and see it matches almost 99% to the Recount. Since when its is the responsibility of political parties to tabulated results.I am sure all the overseas observers have done their own tabulation of the SOPs.
