And this is separate from a Region 10 win for APNU/AFC.
PPP/C will win Regions 6 and 9, but it doesn't look like it will help them pull out. Even with an additional 20,000 votes for PPP/C in Region 6, it will be nullified by APNU's hold in Region 10.
Win still comes down to the ever delicate Region 4.
