The results of Region 4 will declare the winner.

The system was designed to help the PNC win.

Georgetown (8 ridings) PNC strongholds, Combined with 5 ridings PPP strongholds to give you REGION 4.     The trick is in the allocation of Regional seats.   The winner will get an extra 2 seats.  

Difference is now further narrowed to 17,717 with 422 of 879 boxes counted in Region 4.

Region 6 has 111 boxes left to count and and Region 9 has 6 boxes left.

Region 3 certified. 2 boxes left in Region 9. 4, 6 & 10 still ongoing.

East Bank and South Georgetown done.

South Georgetown is the strong hold of PNC. 

You don't want them to hurry up the counting and make errors, seeing that they can't count.

Yes, assuming we went along with PPP/C's own Region 4 tally.

Current gap is 17k without their (PPP's) Region 6 and 9 wins. I believe Region 9 will be completed today, and Region 6 and 10 some time later this week.

That leaves the daddy of them all, Region 4, to be counted into next week.

It was 184,000 in 2015, that number is registered voters.

That does not explain the number of total voters listed on PPP/C's 2020 tally that you quoted.

Total Listed Votes: 285,617.

Total Tally Reflected on PPP's 2020 Region 4 SOPs: 199,037

you always list registered voters, that’s not a mistake.

Tally header stated "Total Listed VOTES" not "voters"

There were a total of 285,617 VOTES casted on March 2, 2020.
