I stopped to look at it earlier this year. It's sad to see it fall to ruins. Fraiser or someone in his family built a concrete house adjacent to it.

This reminds me of a beautiful house in New Amsterdam that was sold, but the new owners abandoned it for technical reasons. What happens to the house and land, will they become property of Guyana after a certain time? I'm thinking of buying it, fixing it up, renting, and maybe make it my retirement home later. Stinger, please enlighten me. Gracias.
