In a recent interview with Oprah Winfrey, 73 year old  Raquel Welch said women should accept growing old. 'I want them to stop being scared of  it because it's just another chapter in life'. 'I want to encourage them to embrace it and go along with it.'

SO HOW DID 73 YEAR OLD RAQUEL WELCH AGE SO MAJESTICALLY ?

She once claimed she spent up to ten hours a  day keeping herself in shape through a combination of yoga sessions, weight  training, healthy eating and her make-up regime.

'I've always been a health fanatic,' she  said.

It's not lust Miss Observer---it's curiosity---the Rev is just curious---I wanna know what the first lady will look like at age 73.

AND I LIKE WHAT I SEE.hahahahaha

Anyway, Listen! God gave  Rev eyes to see and look---and the first lady says, "once you see but don't touch--everything cool" lol

Look--- the first lady has eyes too----so I am sure she looks and sees too---hope that is all she does.hahahaha

She says she has never done plastic surgery, but that close up shot indicates she may have had some work done.

But you are right! She has a nice body---the diet, yoga and exercise surely paid off.

Indian moviestars Rekha, Sharmila Tagore, Hema Malini, Mumtaz, Vijayanthimala, Nutan, Nanda, Waheeda Rehman, etc. have aged gracefully.  Closer to home, I admire Mrs. Ramotar, a quiet, older, ordinary woman who was thrust into the spotlight. She faced much criticism but she handled it well.  She's a good role model to Guyanese women and is making a difference in the lives of many.

Well, In my circle---my late grandmother aged very nicely---she was 92 when she went to heaven---my Mom is aging very nicely---and my sisters and the first lady are doing great.

What does that tell you ?

She says she is obsessed with her health---and since she spent 10 hours a day exercising, doing yoga and taking care of her appearance---looks like that didn't leave any time or attention for any of her 4 husbands.

ok from the first picture I will admit I did not recognize her. Now with the age part, not recognizing I guess the age to be about 60

A woman should age gracefully and naturally. Exercise and good health should take you there.

5ft 8 is tall for a girl/woman by East Indian standard---and if you put on this 3 inch heels---you're nearly 6ft.

So at 5ft 8 + those 3 inch heels---you ought to wear a few extra stones quite nicely.
