Not sure if such a model of hiring can be legislated successfully.

Even if the PPP had Black workers in Linden , they are labeled as PPP.  They can't win. They were employing the best qualified workers , don't side track from the facts progress was being done, schools and hospitals were being built in Linden. The PPP went up and beyond to please the Black communities  against many of their supporters.

I was hoping to hear from DJ about jobs created and major investments undertaken by the government since May 2015. Budgetary allocations say something but further scrutiny is required to test its effectiveness and fairness.
