Django, before you worry about the PPP alcoholics, why don't you teach your PNC boys a little bit of Arithmetic? Maybe if you do like the old days repeating, "33 + 32 = 65, 33 is more than 32". Give them that repetition lesson for a day and they will ketch their senses.
