It will be of interest to see what will develop against Keith Lowenfield who failed to fulfill his legal obligation under the constitution to submit the election report to the Chairman and Members of the Commission.

@Rochelle posted:

Keith Lowenfield was estopped. Just like PPP/C estopped GECOM from declaring TWICE.

No fault of his own. Just like it is of no fault of Claudette Singh/GECOM despite all the hate that was spewed against her.

The Courts could declare the proceedings against Keith Lowenfield and GECOM on this specific matter as vexatious and frivolous.

Do you approve of the post ? that's the contention.

It's called a discussion Forum, not all battle meant to be Won. Be a man and debate the issue and sometimes, agree to disagree.

 Most of the time I don't agree with the opinion of other poster, so I walk away and ignore them. I am not here to teach anyone nor to be lectured by anyone. But I know when to Stay Quiet.

Yea, you should ojject to Hinds, Benchop and Bruke too.  What you scared of them or you agree with them!  I never cuss anyone.

Go suck yourself and give it a rest. Have a Drink, I know it's a frustrated day. We should be celebrating a PPP victory, but PNC cookery drags on.

 The Saga continues tomorrow.

Did I say anything inaccurate?

Yes, a lot of what you said is inaccurate.  It is true that Guyanese suffered under the Burnham dictatorship. It is true that IndoGuyanese suffered during his rule.  It is also true that Guyanese of all races suffered under his rule.  However, things are different today.  Granger is not Burnham.  If he was he  would have rigged the election , defy all the court decisions and use the GDF to slap down any protests.  I saw how Burnham operated and know that Granger is not like that.  When I attended high school in Georgetown in Burnham's time I remember walking by the Court of Appeal where tomorrow's hearing will take place and seeing the PNC flag flying in front of it. Burnham controlled the judiciary and let it be known that he did.  Granger has lost more times than he has won in the courts.  So it is not the same.  Oh and calling people offensive racist names doesn't help your cause.

Burnham ran an anti-Indian apartheid regime.  Little for Indians to celebrate!
