As Indians we have to deal with racism from whites and blacks in America and that causes stress--unhealthy psychologically. We think whites are superior and limit free expression to them thinking we are wrong to be ourselves. With blacks we are afraid to look at them a certain way because they may say "Why you lookin' at me that way". They know they are making us silent but they do not express the mental harm they cause us. I suffer with anxiety attacks because of having to curtail my expression. If I say what I want to in order to retain my psychological health I will end up in a fight and go to jail or the psychiatric ward no doubt. The blacks and whites don't tell us what they really feel about themselves so we can start an honest dialogue on social issues related to how we perceive each other. There's really no need to feel hate as adults here--we can reason.

My Dear Friend take it from a person who have been living in North America for over 44 years. You are suffering from a severe case of inferiority Complex.

People of any race will step on you if you let them.

The solution is not to let them.So grow a pair, and remember one of the saying in

Guyana. "man a man not tobacco stick"

Great comment from a great lady!
