Rode 40 miles with the road bikers. They are speed demons so I do not ride with them often and when I do I stay at the back of the pelaton sucking up the draft since they can sometimes clock 30 mph on the flats and up to 45 and more on the down hills. We had three hills ( 3 to 6 percent)  for some 7 miles and I barely made that. I cannot do that often. I barely keep up with them and was lucky the group was some 36 riders.

Going for a swim later. Have to reach 3 miles by the event in June and I have only swam a mile once since starting.

BTW the V is for the wedgie the PPP got from being trashed in 2011 and in 2015

What advice can you offer on that word perceived?  Can one be convicted on perception??  Is that why no one is yet convicted?
