all very creative
In my younger days I needed to get my car to the shop to have the brakes worked on, by then the thing was shreiking and won't stop, so I used tape the players use on hockey sticks...the dam thing melted.
On my 1987 Hyundai Exel, the car would fill up with smoke when you turned on the heat in winter. And it smelled of antifreeze so I had to turn down the windows and use a magazine. The wipers stopped working so I also attached a spring and rope through the passenger side. When it snowed it was funny. Plus was a stick shift (manual).
I still am not corageous enough to step into another Hyundai despit how far they have come in design, fit, finish and comfort. Bad memories linger.
I also had a Hyundai Pony, got it from a bro in law for free, I ran it for three years and gave it to another bro in law who took it to over 350k kilometers.
Hyundais are not bad cars I can't remember any recalls on them.
