(Barbados Nation) Rihanna’s Loud world tour has been anything but tame — the Bajan singer’s been spotted at a strip club in London, a sex shop in Paris and a marijuana “coffee shop” in Amsterdam. But all of that “living large” may just have caught up with her, now that there’s word the ‘We Found Love’ creator has been admitted to a hospital in Sweden.
Hours before RiRi was slated to perform the city of Malmo, Live Nation cancelled the show, stating the chanteuse was “not in any condition to conduct the concert.” Later in the day, Rihanna herself took to Twitter to apologize to fans for being forced to back out of the tour stop. “Sorry Malmo,” Ri tweeted from the hospital with an accompanying photo of her arm hooked up to an IV drip.
Oddly enough this isn’t Rihanna’s first visit to a hospital while touring in Europe. Last year, the 23-year-old was rushed to a Swiss hospital before a concert in Hirslanden, Switzerland. Thankfully, she was only there three hours and returned to her concert venue later that day.
No word yet as to why exactly Rihanna was forced to enter a hospital overseas this time around, but the IV is an indication the singer could potentially be dehydrated.
