The PNC cannot run an economy like Guyana, an economy which has loss-making Forex earners.  They just don't understand how to leverage and amplify that Forex into the national economy and generate an overall positive outcome!  The PNC can run a straight-line sell more, buy less economy.

However if the PNC and get crime under control, this would at least give more confidence to expat to return and retire, injecting much needed cash into the economy. But so far we have not seen any improvement in crime.
