Ray, Do you have ANY knowledge about Constitutions and most of all, Guyana's Constitution???

Unfortunately for you, he is speaking from his knowledge of the constitution and its reservation of dictatorial powers. It is the reason the PPP exists as a minority government and the reason they say it is their right to autocratic powers.

Raymond also demonstrated that knowledge when he spoke earlier on the deficiencies of the executive presidency. What is it that pertains to he constitutional questions that is confusing to you?
