1. Find the video you want.

2. Copy the Url...the address As you always do to paste it in your post.

3. Instead of pasting it, click on the little film real icon between the smiley

    and the Html icon ( second from left)

4. A dialog box will open up

5. Paste your address in the line as shown below

   Insert and Submit
