nice song indeed here it is again in this movie with english subtitles
--FEMALE--
Tere bina zindagi se koi shikwa to nahin
Without you I don't have any complaint about life
Shikwa nahin, shikwa nahin, shikwa nahin
No complaint, no complaint, no complaint
Tere bina zindagi bhi lekin zindagi to nahin
But without you, life is not life
Zindagi nahin, zindagi nahin, zindagi nahin
It's not life, not life, not life
Tere bina zindagi se shikwa to nahin
Without you I don't have a complaint about life
(Ji mein aata hai tere daaman mein
My heart wants that in your embrace
Sar chhupaake hum rote rahe, rote rahe) - 2
Hiding my head, I remain crying, remain crying
Teri bhi aankhon mein aansuon ki nami to nahin
In your eyes there is no moisture of tears
--MALE--
Tere bina zindagi se koi shikwa to nahin
Without you I don't have any complaint about life
Shikwa nahin, shikwa nahin, shikwa nahin
No complaint, no complaint, no complaint
Tere bina zindagi bhi lekin zindagi to nahin
But without you, life is not life
Zindagi nahin, zindagi nahin, zindagi nahin
It's not life, not life, not life
(Tum jo keh do to aaj ki raat
If you say so then tonight
Chaand doobega nahin, raat ko rok lo) - 2
The moon will not drown (set), stop the night
Raat ki baat hai, aur zindagi baaqi to nahin
It's all about night, there is nothing else left of life
--FEMALE--
Tere bina zindagi se koi shikwa to nahin
Without you I don't have any complaint about life
Shikwa nahin, shikwa nahin, shikwa nahin
No complaint, no complaint, no complaint
--MALE--
Tere bina zindagi bhi lekin zindagi to nahin
But without you, life is not life
Zindagi nahin, zindagi nahin, zindagi nahin
It's not life, not life, not life
--FEMALE--
Tere bina zindagi se shikwa
Chameli posted:very beautiful song Bro.........
Lately I have been watching Emerging Voices and this song was used. Dr. Vindhya Persaud was telling the contestant that this song is so soothing that it is very difficult to accept any flaws in the rendition. I was telling my kids that Dr. Vindhya has the great fortune of having Lataji at her house when she was in Guyana in 1980. If I am correct Lataji stayed there and Dr. Vindhya would have been very young. Who knows? Maybe Lataji sung her to sleep when she was there. That would have been a wonderful experience for Dr. Vindhya.
Now that has nothing to do with why I like that song. Hands down, that is a amazing song that got much better by Lataji singing it. If you wish get a copy of "A Tribute To Mukesh" by Lata Mangeshkar. I can listen to that over and over because it is so soothing. This copy is not of good quality. Perhaps there are better ones. I have the album from back then and I used it to create mp3 clips for today's technology. I do have a Gerard turntable that I took out of a console which I need to make a case for. Those are the better engineered ones. The new ones don't get the best reviews.
