* Here in the United States----50% of all marriages end in divorce.

* And fifty percent of the remaining 50% are not that excited about each other.

* That means 50% + 25% are either divorced or unhappy = 75%

* That leaves 25% of married couples who are supposedly happy.

QUESTION:

* How many of those(in the remaining 25%) would say they are happily married to their best friend ?

* Sorry I got the letter wrong---it's Big B not Big D.

* As you know chami---falling in love is a CHANCE not a CHOICE.

* But staying in love is a CHOICE not a CHANCE.

* Sweet L and Big B---they made a wise CHOICE---30 yrs and counting---give thanks to allah---a match made in heaven and earth.

* By the way---you belittle the esteemed and respectable Rev comparing him to sleazy Maury Povich.

OK! Let's add some interest to this thread:

QUESTION:

* Would Hrthik Roshan have cheated on his wife Suzanne if he had deemed her to be his best friend ?

* Never in history has a husband cheated on any wife he deems his best friend ---same for wives---wives don't cheat on husbands they deem their best friend.

* What do you folks say ?

Hritik & wife are international celebrities, not ordinary people. There are lots of reasons for their breakup. He's hindu, she's muslim. At a talk show where the 2 of them and Sharukh & wife Gauri were guests, Suzanne was cozying up with Sharukh, and Gauri with Hritik! Maybe they fell out of love. Hritik was carrying on with that Brazilian actress Barbara Mori who was his co-star in Kites. Suzanne's dad Sanjay Khan was a nasty man in his heyday and did a horrible deed to Zeenat Aman causing her eye to look the way it does now. Sad to say the sins of the fathers...

Some folks will say this is boring. Spouses should not become complacent but rather should maintain spontaneous combustion; keep the fire burning; be hot for each other; etc. etc. Just conveying what some folks will say.

WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE ?

BARACK and MICHELLE OBAMA’s 20-year marriage is a loveless sham – a secret they’re keeping from the American people, The ENQUIRER can reveal exclusively.

The president’s marriage has been hanging by a thread since Michelle met with divorce lawyers not once but THREE times and even had them draw up legal papers to make the split official, say sources.

“Barack and Michelle put on a good show when they’re out in public, but as soon as the cameras are off they are at each other’s throats,” revealed a Washington insider.

* Hmmmm! Barack and Michelle sleeping in separate beds ?

ha ha ha ha ha

* I like your thinking Ms. Observer.

* Who's the lucky bloke in your life ?

* I also like the phrase "maintain spontaneous combustion."

* It surely takes work--it takes effort---it takes creativity to keep that flame burning.

* Poor Barack and Michelle---this is what happened after 20 years:

* Flame extinguished.
