Jagdeo will not become finance minister. Donald is a very smart politician and will not fall for it. I understand that Jagdeo has received several high profile offers from international organizations like environmental org etc. He will move on and do other things. It is now time for us to keep our eyes on the new president and the way he handles the new government. The PPP did not do a witch hunt when if came to office after Hoyte. Mandela did not do that in South Africa either. We need to build a new Guyana. Those responsible for alleged corruption will be dealt with in due course of time.

It's time to start picking an inclusive Cabinet to begin the business of running the country well. Some of those PPP ministers will have to go and make place for bright young minds.

Much of what you know about Guyana is derived from gleaning the internet for information, however when confronted with the nuances that only a true Guyanese would know, you fail the test miserably.
