Doctors in general are usually horrible administrators and managers. They are usually of the academic leaning rather than being pragmatic leaders with strong business acumen. What has the learned doctor done to curb the use of substance abuse by youths during his tenure as Minister of sports and culture?
What venue has he created for track and field events that can draw participants from the international communities?

The older daughter was also a swimming champion, not sure now at what level. Alena knows. Her and Frank were classmates at QC for 7 years from Form 1 through A Levels.

I don't think Russian medical degrees are accepted in the US. She might have to redo some stuff.
It sucks if she was fired for political reasons. That's the reason why Guyana is so backwards.

Says that she resigned. Some claim she was forced to resigned. I personally cannot see how someone can force me to resign unless they have "something" on me. I would have had them fire me then sue if I had a case.
