Professional Services for Construction Goals – New York, NY

Our clients include Architects, Attorneys, Building Construction Companies, Design Consultants, and Engineering Firms. They want to “build it” and they come to us for consultation on zoning, filing, permits, and advice on a host of other issues related to building construction and municipal requirements compliance.

What’s especially key for our success is to ensure that we have team members who have an understanding of DOB regulations and procedures such as Certificate of Occupancy requirements, New Building, Alt I, II, and III, Approvals, and Sign Offs - all considered necessary Industry knowledge.

And this particular Project Management role involves oversight for all forms of inquiry (filing, tracking, reporting on the status of plans, written and verbal communication for pending plans, etc.) and submitted documentation related to the completion of projects; i.e., the plans and specification filings required for approval by regulatory agencies.

If you are our ideal candidate you will understand ownership of this territory means you support Senior Staff by familiarizing yourself with client goals and expectations and as a key point of contact for clients, function as a top level customer service representative for our firm through all of your spoken and written communication with clients including schedule calendar coordination for Department of Buildings (DOB) meetings and other appointments.
