Recruiters or Recruiting Assistants

Attention full or part-time Recruiters or Recruiting Assistants who are hoping to find an employer able to accommodate their flexible schedule.

We're conveniently located in mid-town Manhattan and can provide you with a schedule that allows you to work from home part of the time - however, to be considered for this position, you should be available to start working on site while acquiring knowledge needed to be successful in this role. Individuals with prior staffing agency experience and great communications skills who are proficient in MS Office will have a significant advantage.

Here's what else you should know about us:

We are a small

Staffing Company with a truly collaborative culture, we're expanding our recruiting focus to include medical staffing. We would prefer to bring an experienced Recruiter aboard to help us with this mission. However, we will seriously consider an exceptional Administrative Assistant, although we are particularly interested in an Admin who has worked as a Recruiting Assistant.

In fact, if you have staffing agency experience as a Recruiting Assistant, whether in a medical staffing environment or not, you can make an immediate difference to us. And if you have the desire and potential to become a full-fledged Recruiter we will support you in that goal. For instance, we are a member in good standing of American Staffing Association (ASA) and we will provide access for online courses we deem relevant for your professional growth.

Your immediate responsibilities may include, but not be limited to, the following:

Create and update files on all temporary employees

Create and Post job descriptions

Review resumes

Preform background and reference checks (any experience with credentialing for medical staffing will be extremely helpful).

Conduct telephone and in-person interviews including new hire orientations

Facilitate the on-boarding process as necessary

Please reply with a cover letter/note letter that lets us know why this position interests you, your preferred hourly rate and/or annual salary requirement range, and whether a full-time or part-time position is preferable for your schedule. Please be sure to include your phone number and email address in your note to us; we look forward to hearing from you!
