Kalasa Banduri Nala Project: Sandalwood Celebs Support Hubli Farmers

Speaking to the farmer, the eldest son of Dr Rajkumar, Hatrick Hero Shivarajkumar said, "What ever level I have reached it is because of you people. Actors are there with you and we always support this Kalasa-Banduri Nala Project. Let's all take part in this rally which should reach PM".(Central Government)
 
The Kalasa-Banduri Nala is a project undertaken by the Government of Karnataka to improve drinking water supply in the districts of Belagavi, Dharwad and Gadag.
 
It involves building across Kalasa and Banduri with two tributaries Mahadayi and Mahaprabha rivers, respectively.
 
With the serious debates, projects and discussions, a rally was held at Hubli on Sunday(Sep 13) which was supported strongly by Politicians and Sandalwood celebrities alike.
 
After Gokak agitation, once again all the biggies of Kannada film industries gathered together to support the farmers of Hubli.
 
Celebs Shivarajkumar, Puneeth Rajkumar, Upendra, Yash, Darshan, Shruthi, Duniya Vijay, Ravichandran and others were spotted at the 60th day protest of Kalasa-Banduri Nala Project.
 
Speaking to the farmers, Powerstar Puneeth Rajkumar said, " We are Indians and we believe in unity in diversity. Through this protest, I request Government to come up with a solution to this situation".
