Bangalore: Legendary singer Manna Dey died on Thursday morning in a Bangalore hospital. Manna Dey was being treated for respiratory illness and renal failure. Manna Dey's daughter and son-in-law were with him at the time of his death. His body will be kept for public viewing to pay tributes at Bangalore's Ravindra Kala Shetra from 10 am to 12 pm, following which his funeral will be held. The 94 year-old-legendary singer began his playback career with the film 'Tamanna'. He has sung over 3,500 songs in Hindi, Bengali and other regional languages.

Maybe you can bring it up to the fore Amral.......thanks, I vaguely remember it was a short piece where the songs link might have gone dead, we can always do a two to three pages later.
