2015 hasn’t been a good year for Bollywood. It is the tenth month of the year and till now we have seen only a few good movies as far as content is concerned. Movies likeBajrangi Bhaijaan, Tanu Weds Manu Returns, Drishyam, Piku, Baby were commercially as well as critically successful.

Well, 2015 is about to end and we are pretty much excited for the next year.

We are also very intrigued after seeing the list of movies that are going to release next year.

Most Awaited Bollywood Movies releasing in 2016 - Airlift

Airlift is the story of Indians stranded in Kuwait during a traumatic time of Saddam Hussein’s invasion.

Akshay Kumar plays the role of a wealthy and powerful Indian businessman, who unknowingly becomes the man who all the Kuwaiti-Indians look up to for getting them safely out from Kuwait.

Airlift, directed by Raja Krishna Menon started filming in April 2015 and is expected to release on 20, January 2016.

Sultan

Sultan is one of the most awaited Bollywood movies of 2016

Sultan will be directed by Ali Abbas Zafar. Salman Khan has already started training for Yash Raj Film’s upcoming project.

Reports are that the plot of the film revolves around a father-son duo and both will be played by the actor himself. This will be the first movie where Salman Khan will appear as an old man.

Though he will gradually age as the movie progresses. Sultan will premiere during Eid 2016.
