Simply quoting the relevant section of the legislation ... only that Django.

The designated agent makes the decision on who are to be present as per the legislation; and most likely it will be consistent with the process for the other nine regions.

DG ,are there any contradiction to my statement or verifying the veracity ?

You cronies? Remember, PPP/C's fight was with GECOM, NOT APNUAFC.

Try again, Dave

Ask Volga why her name is on a GECOM form. Gal you are lost.

GECOM / APNU/ AFC - they are the same.

@ Ray ,the opposition won the petition on the declaration of Region 4 results made by the RO. Totally agreed with the judgement.

To date no political party have won the Elections ,hopefully by the end of the week the winner will be declared. Compare the results minus Region 4 , in the 2015 and 2020 Elections ,one can get an idea the winner.

421 counted 428 left. RO and DRO has the power given to them by the ruling to used the best method of tabulation for Region 4 SOPs  Gecom cannot lawfully declare any results  unless RO complies with chapter 103 section 84 of the act . Either a continuation or a total restart .

knowing the history of PNC and what they did to PPP in dragging out court cases... this is far from over . Unless America tell APNU it’s done and over ... just like how they tell PPPC in 2015 .

Ponder on this a little.

421 boxes showed that APNU got 63,856 votes against the PPP/C’s 24,545.

It all depends which area of Region 4 ,the SOPS are counted ,there are 4 sub-districts in Region 4.

I am listening to the judgement again, and in her ruling the judge gives discretion to the RO of how best to tabulate the statement of polls. If this involves the use of a spreadsheet, then that is to the discretion of the RO.

Whether he uses a spread sheet or calculator or by hand matters not. As long as the data being added up comes from SOP's that show no peculiar deviation from what was distributed on elections day.

I am under the impression the interest of the nation means the RO would be doing everything within his ability to impress on the community of nations who are carefully monitoring the process that he is complying with every rule within his discretion to perform the task most accurately and transparently
