Kapil Sharma's on-screen wife Mrs Sharma was apparently getting married to Kajol's cousin and she didn't even know. Well, to make it a bit easier, Sumona Chakravarti's marriage rumours were doing the rounds on the internet and the man she was getting married to was Samrat Mukherjee. But Sumona has finally clarified and negated the rumours.
Sumona started acting and made her debut with an English musical play opera 'Da Dating Truths' in 2009. But after that, she was seen in Ekta Kapoor's 'Bade Achhe Lagte Hai'. And we know the best for playing Manju Sharma's character in 'Comedy Nights With Kapil'. No one would have noticed her the way Kapil made everyone notice her and since she played his wife's role his act revolved around insulting her and getting insulted in return. Sumona has also played a cameo in Salman Khan's 'Kick' and has also appeared in Ranbir Kapoor's 'Barfi'.
