Emergency issues for the wall are figments in Trump's imagination.

Granted he could make the move through executive measures for the wall but it will be struck down by the Courts.

The Democrats and the PPP have the same trouble coming up with a suitable candidate.  Someone will have to be fit and proper.  Harris is definitely more genuine, but you and I both know that good guys finish last in politics.  Look what happened to Frank Anthony.  He and Nandlall still hiding under them bed.

While anyone should be able to limit Trump to one term (if anyone can refer to what is going on with Trump as a term) I hope that the Democrat is able to field a good candidate who work as hard as Trump did to get elected but who work even harder afterwards for the good of America. Trump has done nothing useful in the two years he has been in the White House.

I liked Nandlall because he was smart, strong and was not afraid of the PNC bullies. Anthony may have has the ability to get elected but would be too soft to curtail the PNC bullies. Nandlall can and would have bitten back. Anthony doesn't seem to care to bite.

He is focusing on Venezuela at the moment, plus he doesn't want to put further strain on federal workers. He caved in for the right reasons. He is still a winner to me. 

It is sad for anyone who Trump is a winner to them.

Trump probably reopened the government because Pelosi told him that there will be no SOTU appearance in the House.

Any other president would have framed his words as "I am very PLEASED to announce..."  Trump not very good with either language or sentence structure or choice of words or anything that makes sense stated "I am very PROUD to announce…… How proud can someone be after they allowed their tantrums to deny hundreds of thousands of people their income. In the end he signed the same bill he announced in December that he will sign. That was before he changed his mind after the likes of Coulter criticized him for planning to sign it. Now that he has gone ahead and signed it Coulter is calling him a wimp. So today he tweeted that him signing the bill is not a concession. If he doesn't get his wall in three weeks he will throw his tantrums again. They created the term skont with Trump in mind.

Kamla was a class mate, I interacted with her a bit since we had a couple of classes together. They say she is very  smart but I do not know much else about her. Beto is as dynamic a speaker as Cory booker and as as fierce. Trump cannot match them in smarts and they have the kind of quick wit to annoy him. He is nothing but bluster and now he will have a record to defend. To date he has brokered no deals and broken lots. His government is running understaffed so is under performing. Foreign policy is in tatters and the US is not trusted. While the economy is good it is not sound. 

 We will get a woman VP for sure and it might be senator Gillibrand.
