Account Manager/Customer Service (Midtown)

Attention: tech savvy individuals wanted for exciting start-up that's revolutionizing television watching!

This is an opportunity to play an important role for new and existing customers - from activating and managing accounts, to investigating queries, solving problems, and more.

As a patient, self motivated troubleshooter, your Account Servicing responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following:

> Activating programming packages
> Managing customer accounts
> Responding to support queries; primarily via email
> Troubleshooting feedback, spotting bugs and resolving other technical concerns
> Helping enhance account support infrastructure

Please note, this is a temporary position at a fast-growing company. Successful temps will be on the fast-track for full time permanent positions.

If you are a thoughtful communicator (with strong written and verbal skills) have solid client servicing experience, as well as a great team spirit, you just may be the person we need and we would love to hear from you!
