I had a few electronic items I wanted to give away, so I hung them on my fence in front of my cardboard box, for people to take. I even hung a plastic bag for them to take the stuff in. The dutty dogs open one package, throw the empty package on the sidewalk to litter the place, and then went away with all the stuff in the bag. I nearly get a ticket for littering.
Last time I leffing anything outside for these animals!

That study was indefinitely in NY. During summer when stores put stuff outside to sell, they have long chains running shown the sidewalk. Even the ice box chain and lock up. People tief ice?
