I was asked to play at an upcoming BBQ for some older folk one request was made for a tune called, Twenty four hours from Tulsa by Gene Pitney. At first I thought, ow maaaan Gene Pitney, yuckey pooh, I then listened to him, he had some great tunes. He also wrote a lot before getting into singing. One of his popular songs was, The man who shot Liberty Valance.
Twenty four hours from Tulsa. ( I am changing "Tulsa" to "Toronto")

My first impression of the music was 'Down by the Boob Docks' ....sorry typo..Boon docks.
But nice tune, sounds like it was played on a car cassette tape deck. 
Yep the start sounds the same but a nice song about a banna saying goobye to his lover after a hot night in a motel with a stray.

Tola, I hope that with all the feeling around that they have to do in the dark that they hit the target and not enter through the back door..
Curly, I am not a back door person, but two times I had to evacuate through the window in an emergency : Savannah, Georgia and Moji, Japan.
