A plan to change the constitution to facilitate merit over nepotism. Direct constituencies where parliamentarians are elected by native districts and where their people know them by their works. Create an upper house with ultimate jurisdiction over the purse to ease ethnic nepotism and facilitate ethnic cooperation on national goals.

Create incentives in the army and police to strengthen ethics, diversify its ethnicity  and get the best. An engineering sore, research core should be developed immediately with the best students getting a chance for a free education and a career in many fields.

Reform the judiciary. If the commonwealth standard of a case not being tried in 2 years and a prisoner is being held the case should be forthwith dismissed. If there is a case pending that long also it should be discharged. Each magistrate should be paid based a salary with bonuses for completed cases. A system of ethics strongly enforced should prohibit absence on court dates by lawyers or majistrates. Lawyers should be fined.

Open book tax records for registered companies as in the scandavadian countries so we can know how much companies claim they make.

No minister should head an agency as NIS etc People holding posts as NICIL should be term limited or have to come back to parliament for confirmation after a designated periot. A civilian commission should be in charge of hiring such a person and that person should be up with their reporting on the nations assets every quarter with complete presentations on a yearly basis.

A political organization that can provide, e.g., ... security of person and property; promote and encourage employment opportunities; educational opportunities for their children; freedom to travel in and out of the country; free and fair election process; are a few basic issues.

* That's it right there---TRUST!

* Voters ask themselves which party do I trust or have confidence in to meet my needs.

* In the last election, 48.6% trusted the PPP to meet their needs; 40.8% trusted the PNC; 10.3% trusted the AFC.

* In the next election, the PPP will go to voters and say to them how can you TRUST David Granger to rule Guyana---the man has RIGGED his own party election.

Maybe Security, Jobs, Education and Environment...something the people can relate to...see what touches their heart...and then constantly use it as a talking point...OWN the MESSAGE!

What is important is to measure the quality of life and see how it has improved since a decade ago. Also, what are the developments going on currently and those planned. Are these enough to continue to improve the quality of life for the Guyanese People.

* The question you should be asking is what message the parties should put out to appeal to the undecided.

* Remember, hardcore PPP supporters will vote for the PPP no matter what. And hardcore PNC supporters will vote for the PNC no matter what.

* But in every election, there is always 10-12% of the voters who care for neither the PPP nor PNC.

* In the last 2 elections the AFC did well with that 10-12% group----the AFC got 8.1% of the votes in 2006 and 10.3% in 2011.

* Now, in the next election the PPP needs to pull some some supporters away from the AFC.
