Yes, we came from 1993 when Asgar Ally and Dr. Cheddi Jagan was wiping the fraud away, paying down the debt and spending larger portions of the budget on the social sector so the poor and the working class can benefit.
Now since Dr. Jagan died, the Jagdeo/Ramotar cabal give us Skeldon Sugar Factory which was a $44 billion theft and more theft.
