I considered this as well, however for the same period in 2010 (December), Guyana had 15,834 visitors. The Minister claim meant it doubled that total which may be plausible given the EZ Jet airline. However, a 100% increase is almost impossible given the number of airlines servicing Guyana and no Cruise line industry.
