Pineapple farming has to be difficult just by looking at it. Everything is so prickly and razor sharp about this fruit. When we reap the fruit, what part do we replant to get more pineapple?

Here is the info on planting pine and a link for other info.
"Take your store bought pineapple home with you. Rinse the fruit off, then place it on it's side on a cutting board. Take a knife and cut off the leafy top part of the pineapple, along with an inch or two of the pineapple's meat.
Your leftover pineapple top from the previous step is all you need to grow a pineapple."
