It is sad to experience the level of service on Dynamic Airlines flight to Guyana.

 

I travelled with Dynamic last Tuesday and return on Friday.

 

On the south bound trip, no food was available just snack. I was somewhat forgiving as it was a redeye flight. ( departing 1:25 Am and arriving 8:45 AM - 1 hour time shift)

 

On the northbound flight, they started by stating that there will be no hot service. Two hours into the flight, they served either 2 cookies or 1 small bag of Pretzels. This flight departed at 5:00 PM.

 

It is sad as I paid $756 for the flight with no meals

Hello,
 Thank you for your opinion of DYA.
There will be no remedy for lack of service.  We do service thousands of passengers daily.
All of our passengers are satisfied with our service as well as our Airline.
If this were a major situation , there would be action given.   Being in this world of safety and major disturbances in our world of aviation,and what is going on in our country, I would be concerned.
If this is the only problem you have to worry about, we are still a great airline.
As I remember, I gave you great service with purchasing this ticket. We spoke on the phone several times trying to get you a ticket at the last minute. I did everything I could to satisfy you as a passenger. What can you say about that???
We apologize for not serving you a meal. We are changing our structure pertaining to meals.

Wendy works for Caribbean Airlines.  Has to, because there is no way that Dynamic would write this if they really want business.  Especially given that the only reason why people use them is that they are cheap.

So why do you all use them?  The best way to register disgust is to cease flying with them.  The rationale for this airline was cheap fares, but the fare that you paid wasn't cheaper than what CAL charges.  They offer a full dinner on their northbound flight, which departs at the same time.  You would have had a choice of Chicken or veg teriyaki w/fried rice.

 

Cease your fire rage with CAL.

tell them that they should use either CAL or Fly Jamaica.  They need to get over their colonial mentality that all the deserve is abuse from white people.

 

I have no sympathy for people who use this airline, when they were abusive from the start.  That letter shows exactly what they think of Guyanese.

 

What you need to do is to tell the US DOT to allow FlyJam and CAL to fly JFK GEO JFK service. They cannot do so unless there is a tag on to either KIN (FlyJam) or POS.  The result is that FlyJam only offers limited service to GEO, and CAL charges higher fares to cover the cost of running the plane through to POS. 

 

But screaming at people who don't want you is a waste of time.  Let them fly US personnel to the Middle East.

Vish M, why are you complaining now? You were touting Dynamic Airways as the best thing since sliced bread when they were launched a few months ago even after we warned you about these fly by night airlines. I suspect that you were bothering that woman many times before this incident so she just brushed you off in her letter. You were probably trying to shake them down too many times for a donation to RHEDC.
