It does not stick. sorry if I wasn't too clear. It's basically a scrub. Just be sure there is enough oil for the mix..... to soften the sugar. Rub it in gently to exfoliate your heels and in between toes. The extra I would normally just slather it on top of my feet and let it sit there to absorb the oil for a few minutes.
