Every now and then we are running late from work and need to prepare something in a jiffy.  Plese share some of your quickie meals:

 

Here's one of my fave:

 

Penne Pasta with chicken:

 

Stir fry pieces of chicken breast in garlic,onions, a little hot pepper, salt and Olive oil for about 10 mins

 

Meanwhile boil whole wheat pasta.

 

Add chopped sweet peppers or any available veggies to chicken and cook for another 5 mins.

 

Drain pasta.

 

Add pasta to chicken and sprinkle a little grated parmesan cheese on top.

 

Cooking time :  about 20 minutes.
